OFR Ltd / Cornwall Office Furniture have carried out furniture installations, office moves and supplied very high quality pre used furniture both in my current role at Alexandra Palace and in my previous role at T-Systems.

At T-Systems as well as smaller projects they supplied and installed pre used furniture for a new programme office at Slough, this comprised of an open plan office area for 70 staff, management offices, meeting rooms and reception area.  The installation was delayed by several days due to building access issues but John Howarth and his team worked through the night to ensure the project was completed on time and ready for occupation on the planned date.

At Alexandra Palace they have installed new furniture for our sales office, working at night and over a weekend to minimize down time.  Our sales team went home on the Friday evening and came on Monday in to a new office completely refitted and able to start work straight away.

They have also supplied Executive furniture for our Chief Executive, The standard of the furniture was very high and it is difficult to believe it wasn’t new.

From the outset of a move project OFR engage with both the contractor and client and help derive a robust programme which sets out expectations and the needs of the project.

OFR advise and take a realistic approach to the project ensuring that their commitment is met.

On the occasions where variations and changes are required OFR’s flexible approach helps alleviate concerns.

Being able to respond and meet these changes have seen OFR undertake moves at different times during the week from weekends to night shifts.

OFR also have provided accurate forecasting of costs and competitive rates, which helps to track costs and ensure budget projections are as accurate as possible.

Lambert Smith Hampton

Lambert Smith Hampton, previously ES Group and Edward Symmons have been working with John Howarth and his colleagues at O.F.R. Limited for close to 10 years. From the nature of the business we are involved with it is imperative we are able to act quickly and timely within, quite often, restricted timescales. In addition we must ensure that many aspects of the work we are instructed on are undertaken in a confidential and private manner. John and his team on numerous occasions over the years have been able to meet these demands to assist in the smooth running of our case work. In addition John is able to make the appropriate arrangements surrounding staffing, logistics, removal, transportation and storage.
